The Tropic Brewing is a family-run craft brewery and 21-seat taproom on Foundry Street in downtown Waterbury, Vermont. Inspired by the tropics, we brew lighter, sessionable beers (many under 5% ABV) that prove not everything in Vermont has to be hazy: crisp lagers, small IPAs, a coconut blonde ale, creative sours, and house beer cocktails like our michelada.
